On 8 March, Attalaki held its Extraordinary General Assembly, bringing together its members to review organizational governance and proceed with the election of a new Board of Directors for the upcoming mandate.

This meeting reflects the organization’s continued commitment to democratic governance, transparency, and collective responsibility in its internal functioning.

Following the electoral process, the new Board of Attalaki is constituted as follows:

    • Khadija Shili, President
      Khadija Shili is a consultant in digital strategy and entrepreneurship, with over seven years of experience in digital marketing, automation, and international business development. She leads Brevelia Consulting, supporting corporate clients across Europe and the Middle East. She has also collaborated with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) as a digital marketing trainer, working with students and professionals of Maghreb origin in various regions. Her engagement in civic and associative initiatives includes contributions to programs related to entrepreneurship, innovation, and community leadership. As President of Attalaki, she contributes to advancing the organization’s mission in the fields of cultural heritage and civic engagement.
    • Mohamed Salah Dridi, Treasurer
      Mohamed Salah Dridi is an entrepreneur and founder of a company operating in the fields of technology and security solutions. He combines experience in business development with engagement in community-based initiatives. His background includes involvement with the Red Crescent, where he contributed to humanitarian and social assistance activities.
    • Malek Sallemi, General Secretary
      Malek Sallemi is a law student specializing in public law at the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of Sousse. Her academic and practical interests focus on human rights, including minority rights, civic engagement, and social justice. She has participated in various initiatives led by civil society organizations, with experience in advocacy, legal awareness, and community engagement. Her profile also includes involvement in academic event organization, translation, and language instruction.

Attalaki congratulates the newly elected Board members and wishes them success in the fulfillment of their responsibilities. The organization expresses its confidence in their capacity to contribute to the continued development of its activities and impact.

In accordance with applicable legal provisions, including Law 88-2011 regulating associations in Tunisia, the General Secretariat of the Government and the National Register of Enterprises (RNE) have been duly notified of the updated composition of the Board.

Attalaki remains committed to promoting inclusive civic engagement, preserving cultural and religious heritage, and strengthening dialogue and pluralism. The organization looks forward to pursuing its mission with renewed momentum under the leadership of its newly elected Board.
